Let's get in touch

The easiest way to get in touch is via email. Whether you have a project in mind, or simply have a question about one of my products or services, just send me an email and I will get back to you, usually within a business day.

Useful things to include

If you have a project in mind, the more you can tell me about what you are trying to do, the better I can understand how to help you. Some useful things to include are:

  • What you are trying to do, what problem you are trying to solve, or what opportunity you are trying to take advantage of
  • What you have already, if anything: a website, a database, a system you have outgrown, or a pile of spreadsheets
  • Who will be using it, and what they need to get out of it
  • Any deadline or budget you are working to

What happens next

I will reply with either some questions or an initial view of the shape of the work. If it looks like a fit, the next step is usually a call, then a written Project Schedule setting out scope, fee, dates and assumptions before anything is committed to. You can read how engagements work first if you would rather know that up front.

If it is not something I can help with, I will tell you that plainly rather than stretch to fit.
